Mladost Leskovac
Production and trading company Mladost DOO from Leskovac was founded in 1991. Initially, the company was engaged in the production and packaging of dietary products, packaging of teas and powdered products. In the following years, market developments and technology development have led to the expansion of production. The production program is enriched by the introduction of the following types of products: soups, soup cubes, spices, spice mixtures, puddings, creams, new teas and others. Since 2010, the company has been engaged in the production of wafers. In addition to quality, products also have unique and modern design of packaging.
Production growth was accompanied by an increase in the number of employees. Production facility is also expanded and renovated.
One of the main goals of the company is to achieve an high level of product quality and overall business, as well as its continuous improvement. Product quality is confirmed and certified by HACCP and EEIG. In addition to the quality guarantee for its own brand, Mladost is behind the quality of products from its range under the private label of large systems in the country and abroad. The company participates in domestic and international fairs, where it won numerous awards.
The company is striving to build brand recognition as a healthy, safe and affordable food product by : continuous quality control of raw materials, selection of the best raw materials, building long-term relationships with suppliers, monitoring of technological novelties, implementation of innovative methods, social responsibility, both towards their own employees, as well as towards the community and the environment.
Mladost products are placed on both domestic and foreign markets. Distribution is organized on the markets of Serbia, Macedonia, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden, America, Canada and Australia.
With the development of new products and services, constant modernization and consistent control, the company aims to achieve “Satisfaction for whole family”.
