Ingredients: Dried vegetables (onion, tomato powder, carrot, parsnip,potato), salt, spices (red sweet pepper, red hot pepper, garlic, pepper, parsley), corn starch, flavor enhancer (monosodium L- glutamine), sugar, citric acid, palm fat.

Instructions for preparation: Pour 1.5 liter of cold water into the cooking pot. Add the content of the bag and mix well. Add 800g of previously cleaned fish. Cook at moderate temperature for about 30 minutes.
